BodhiBuddy. (“BodhiBuddy,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) provides a simple, beautiful and fun mobile app for you and other users around the world to read SGI material, listen to SGI songs, measure your daimoku chantingand do various things of interest to SGI members and others interested.

Please read our Terms of Service so you understand what’s up with your use of BodhiBuddy. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, “Services”).

About our services

SGI Songs.

BodhiBuddy accesses songs and lyrics from worldofsoka.in which is owned by the same owner. The sole purpose of this Song section of BodhiBuddy is to provide easy access to the Soka Gakkai songs for Soka Gakkai members. These songs have been developed by Soka Gakkai members around the world or their affiliates and the owner of the website deeply appreciates the effort and creativity of these originators. Any commercial use of these songs along with reproduction/recreation of any part is strongly discouraged, unless the written permission from the originator/custodian is sought.

Personal Campaigns

You may choose to create Personal Campaigns on your BodhiBuddy app and create daimoku sessions against them. This information will be stored locally on your phone's database.

Member Care

You may choose to pick contact from your phone and store personal information about 'members'on your BodhiBuddy app. You may create notes, schedule home visit events within app, etc. This nformation will be stored locally on your phone's database.

Calendar Events

You may also choose to create events like meetings, home visit within the app. The app also prompts one to create Google Calendar events, which will be upto the user to choose. Please note that the Privacy Policy of Google will apply to Google Calendar events.

Notes and other user content

You may choose to create notes within the app. They will be stored locally on your device.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BodhiBuddy.

BodhiBuddy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BodhiBuddy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice.
